Vegetable Provençale Puff Pastry

Eggplant, quinoa, textured vegetable protein, tomatoes, onions, peppers, celery, garlic, organic nutritional yeast, Quebec maple syrup, Provencal herbs, red wine, organic cane sugar, organic corn starch, vegetable broth, mustard, cumin, herbs, citric acid, salt, pepper flakes
Enriched white flour, water, margarine (modified palm oil, canola oil, water, sugar, soy lecithin, mono-glycerides, potassium sorbate, citric acid, artificial flavour, colour) and salt.
Thaw and bake in a conventional oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Note that these instructions are for guidance only and may vary between ovens.
